Guest guest
Good fats are also the upline in the chain of command in functioning of hormones in the body. If you dont have healthy fats, then your endocrin system will fail~ Hugs ~ DedeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year. Guest guest
Cherie, Fat (oil) has wrongly been made the boogy man of diet. If you are thin, you probably need to work at getting more fat. . .The fat in advocados is a very healthy fat. . . Not a fat that you need to worry about. It's not the fat, but the KIND of fat that's important. Cutting all the fat out of ones diet is really bad! . . . The brain needs an adequate amount of healthy fat to function well. Guest guest
Yes, but it's a good, healthy fat. Guest guest
Cherie, Where are you seeing sugar in the ingredient list? I did not see it, and I have never bought hummus that had sugar in it. I've never heard of sugar in hummus!
