Guest guest
Steph, Breaks from the group are sometimes needed. We can end up spending way too much time on the computer, I agree! That is why sometimes I have to take breaks too. But I always come back, because I always remember how women are hurting and in need of help. Great news about the infrared sauna! So glad to hear you love it! I just took a sauna this morning, and it always makes me feel wonderful. Keep up with it, and I am sure you will start feeling better and better. Most of the time what is wrong with us never shows up on tests. Epstein Barr virus is very common. I know I probably have it because I had mononucleosis as a teen. One of the first steps to healing is to reduce your viral load, and that can be done with raw garlic, oil of oregano and olive leaf extract. These are all natural anti-virals, so if you keep up with these supplements, you will be doing your immune system a huge favor. Don't forget about us--we'd love to hear from you as you get better. IT is always encouraging when former members come back to give us an update...every single time they do, it is with great news of recovery and of getting on with life! Women need to hear that! So, we'll look forward to hearing your healing story in the future! Take care and God bless, Patty --- In , " stephie0580 " <stephie0580@...> wrote: > > Hi everyone.
