I'd say if you are getting something different coming out of your bottom that it's a good thing and don't stop! How long did you do the caprylic acid? If you take it at doses of 3600 mg for at least two weeks, you will see some major candida healing. If you did it only for a week, that candida can gain ground again. It works on the same principles as antibiotics...you have to take the full dose for the 10 days or whatever for it to get everything dead, dead, dead. You could start the parasite cleanse at any time. But I would make sure you are full of energy again, not still recovering from the effects of your surgery. If you feel you have recovered well and can handle a deep cleanse, go for it. Just be cautious of getting too wiped out.
