Lynda, we are happy that the MRI was clear. I hope that you will not have to return to the ER, because you have had enough, it is time for you to rest.

Had the MRI on my brain, it was clear. They did another thoracentesis (drained the pleural cavity) and they did nick a lung, so they said if I had problems breathing, to go to the emergency room. Lea,

I was at the hospital already doing the MRI, so I called the on-call

doctor and he arranged the thoracentesis. Did not have to go to

emergency, but sure hope if I have to do it again, it will be a

weekday. Much longer waits on the weekend. Rather not have to do it

again, but until the chemo starts working, I am sure it will keep

filling up. They already told me this.

I am working on having a positive attitude. It is very hard some days.

Lea,
