Dawn in the UK is wondering if anyone knows how to retrieve an

address book on her computer, her windows live was updated without

her consent and her address book is just not there. She has tried to

contact hotmail, but she is not getting any answers from them.

Anyone have any ideas ? ? She is receiving email, but has no access to her address book..... Any ideas welcome !
