Guest guest
Patty - Since I was told I may have thyroid problems (waiting for my test results), I was looking into some books also. I LOVE to read and have been through 2 books in the past week.... Anyways, I was wondering if you have read "The Thyroid Diet" and/or "The Thyroid Solution"? Sorry, I can not remember who wrote these right off but I was looking online and they looked good..... Love, Beth Re: Patty hormones? Absolutely, , I know of several. Guest guest
Hi Beth, I have not read the Thyroid Diet, but I have several books on thyroid that I thought were good. " Thyroid Power " by Dr. Shames was one and " Living well with Hypothyroidism " by Shomon was another that I thought gave good info.
