Guest guest
I cant have garlic after surgery which I know might help my problem ...........if my stomach is that big from taking antibiotics than do you suppose a coffee enema will relieve me tonight...I still have the drains in right now but seems anything I take seems to make me swell except the probiotics which I took 7 right now and took my nervousness away in my stomach. There is no way that I am going back to diarrhea like 2 years ago and that's what it kinda felt like ....I only had 2 bowel movements but nervous ones today. Thanks for your input and help? Many thanks Love The year's hottest artists on the red carpet at the Grammy Awards. AOL Music takes you there.

Guest guest
No . . .garlic is a blood thinner . . . wait until you're healed more before eating any significant quantities of it . . . A coffee enema wouldn't hurt . . . but with those drains, it may be a challenge. I'd wait until those are out. You don't want anything flowing in reverse.Hugs,Rogene Rogene or Patty I cant have garlic after surgery which I know might help my problem ...........if my stomach is that big from taking antibiotics than do you suppose a coffee enema will relieve me tonight...I still have the drains in right now but seems anything I take seems to make me swell except the probiotics which I took 7 right now and took my nervousness away in my stomach. Guest guest
Gretchen,I try to stay as far away from medications as possible. I seldom do well with any of them! Neurontin led to a problem I'll likely have the rest of my life . . . Erythromelalgia. . . . Many people with EM are extremely sensitive to medication - I just found that out! . . . I'm taking that info to my doc tomorrow! I just plain feel bad on most medications! . . Even when they're doing their job.The fact is, they don't know what effect medication is going to have on any specific person. Sometimes side effects don't show up for some time. I spoke with a retired pharmacist, who owned a drug distribution company until recently. He told me that he would not take ANY medication on a long term basis. That they all have side effects that are unknown. When he asked the tough questions at big pharma drug rollouts, he was told to "Shut Up and Sit Down". Another of my doctors confirmed that's what happens. Hugs,Rogene Re: Rogene or Patty i didnt like neurontin either. have you tried lyrica?
