Description of a Love

I sit here and wonder, what act of God, will stop the thunder? The

thunder of my heart,

As it hurts for you. To stop the pain would be a healing force of a

magnitude unlike you ever knew, and so dear man she is sent to you,

to lighten your way to clear your heart for a new day.

So do not ask why the souls unite, to live the world, to light the

way,

To bring hope to the soul, to make a life so precious to hold, its

sacred mission to unfold.

Bring joy to each enlightened soul; make energy worth its weight in

gold,

Bring gifts of love each time you speak, sustain me when I am feeling

weak,

To say I love you seems so meek to describe the depth of what we feel,

To use such words adore, inhale, ingest, seems more real.

To breathe you and meld with you to float away with you our bodies so

entwined,

To gaze into your eyes from the moment that I know that at long last,

I walk with joy,

For I do know you have not left me behind.

Each love that went before just built the core; for depth of love

this pure.

I thank those who cast aside a spirit so full, so new.

For in those arms is where I will be when this life is through.
