Guest guest
Hi Joyce, Taking antibiotics is going to make any fungal issues worse, as the bacteria that keep the fungus in check will be eradicated. As far as feeling worse...I am not certain. If it is helping any bacterial issues that are there, then I would think you might begin to feel better somewhat. But you should be diligent to take probiotics and try to keep a healthy population of the good bacteria even if it is going to be killed off with the next dose of antibiotics. Just keep pushing the probiotics, and especially after your round of antibiotics is finished. It sounds to me like the flu has really affected your adrenal glands. I keep going back to that because of the symptoms that are associated with adrenal fatigue. (Also called adrenal exhaustion). So many of us have had these symptoms, and once your adrenals recover, you will regain that energy, immune resistance, vitality and enjoyment of life. It usually takes about 2 years for the adrenals to recover. Illness can very negatively effect the adrenals, especially if they were already trying to recover from another assault of illness or emotional stress. It takes alot of TLC to allow them to recover. You definitely have to change your lifestyle to get rid of stress, toxic poisons, and other damaging factors, such as junk foods, sugar and caffeine. Look up the websites out there on adrenal fatigue or adrenal exhaustion. We have some links in our links section in a folder called " Adrenal Info " . Take some time to review this info. I think you will find it very enlightening!
