Guest guest
This is great info that can be used right away instead of having to mess with hormones! If magnesium is all that is needed to fix it, that's all the better. Please keep me posted on this, okay? Steph? Thanks April, I hope it works for everyone! Guest guest
I dont know who started this post about magnesium but thank you, thank you, thank you! I have felt awful for months. Fatigued, sick, anxiety. I went to a health food store Sunday and got a powder form of magnesium called CALM. Apparently powder form is better because your body absorbes more. Anyway just within the three days i have taken it i feel awsome! still not 100% but that im hoping that will come after explant. I dont know if this stuff can really work that fast or if its in my head but it is so nice to not be falling asleep at my desk. > > > > Hi, Last night I had fell asleep and then woke up around 10:00 with > a > > very rapid heartbeat and my legs were shaking. Guest guest
Hi April, I found a supplement for magnesium. Does this look like the one you have? Mag-Malate 90 tabs Description: Mag-Malate 90 tabs Mag-Malate, an " AMNI Original Formula " , comes in a new Labs label. (AMNI is part of Labs). Mag-Malate tablets, provided by Advanced Medical Nutrition, Inc., provide magnesium and malic acid, two key nutrients involved in energy production. Mag-Malate provides magnesium as an Albion glycine/lysine amino acid chelate, which has superior absorption and is better tolerated than inorganic or magnesium salt forms. Each tablet contains: Magnesium (amino acid chelate) 100 mg Malic acid 400 mg > > > > Hi, Last night I had fell asleep and then woke up around 10:00 with > a > > very rapid heartbeat and my legs were shaking. The one I take is in capsule form, though which may be more absorbable. Here's a link to the one I take. http://www.vitacost.com/NSI-Magnesium-175-mg-180-Capsules I also agree with the poster who said you need to take calcium (2 to 1) and vit D to help the mag to absorb. I take mine seperately, but there are some good ones on vitacost that include all 3. Oh, and the powdered form is also a good choice. My daughter uses that and it helps her a lot. Hope this helps!
