Guest guest
I would say that people with lupus like illnesses should consult with a good naturopath and avoid the doctors as much as possible. Doctors offer drugs to cover symptoms, natural healers use supplements and treatments to actually treat the cause. Lynda At 09:15 PM 1/28/2008, you wrote: > prefers to use a natural healing process. Guest guest
I agree Lynda - I need to find me a good one! I have been researching some in Fort , and I really want to question them before wasting my time and money. I will see what I come up with. All the Rhuemy wants to give me are harsh drugs - NO THANK YOU! I am in pain but I can manage it by resting and eating well, plus keeping the stress level down and wearing gloves if I am super cold. Guest guest
Oh, and I had joined the Luppie Support Group and just cancelled my membership. Those women are on the harshed drugs and are SO very sick! I was getting depressed!! I read the posts and thought my life was over! I asked to be removed! Many of those women have had it since they were younger and have it bad - I KNOW mine was caused by darn implants and now they are gone, I am going to fight it with everything I got! I can't deal with the negative, and depressing posts - I'll never get better reading that stuff!! Lynn > > > > > prefers to use a natural healing process. Guest guest
Lynn, You are absolutely correct! You must believe in your body's ability to heal and give it the tender, loving, (drug-free) care it deserves, and you will see amazing results. We've got enough encouraging testimonies on our website and from others who have beat their diagnosis...it's something we can be proud of! Unlike those other support groups where they've lost that belief, or never had to to begin with, it's so sad. You stay right here and we will love you right through this until you are all better...keep reading about the girls that have recovered--and with blood tests as proof!--and you will be in the right place! (Thank you, all you girls, for being faithful to post about your healing!) Love, Patty > > > > > > > prefers to use a natural healing process. Guest guest
Lynn, It is way too early to see how your body will heal itself. It took me 5 years to get out of some of the symptoms that were severe. Worrying and stress are the worst things for that, also. You need some way to relax and think positive, it will go away. I just have to work at it. This strategy has worked for many of us. Lynda At 09:57 PM 1/28/2008, you wrote: >I agree Lynda - I need to find me a good one! Guest guest
Amen missy! Your positive personal posts about Lupus helped me make the decision to say the heck with that. You are an angel! Guest guest
I know Lynda and I just need to keep coming here for support when I have a flare because I forget with my short-term memory/brain fog issues. Then you wonderful women give me that reminder and I get back on track. Lynn > > > > > > > prefers to use a natural healing process.
