Guest guest
Cherie, Some resolve, like the brain fog but others come and go. I like when they go and I wish they would just stay gone. I am not sure if you tested your ANA, but mine is pretty high - so I have auto-immune issues (Yuck). That makes my joints ache and such. No fun! I am learning that some supplements can actually cause my autoimmune issues to flare - the light bulb is coming on. It seems if I just live life normal and eat healthy I feel better. When I do a lot of supplements or even some detox, I feel crappy. So, it is a balancing act for me. I need to get into a good ND who understands autoimmune issues and get my body balanced out. I am giving it a few years post explant before I get too concerned about all these strange new pains that crop up - patience patience - blah blah blah! I am sorry you aren't doing as well either. I hate this implant illness more than anything and wish I could just turn back time. Guest guest
Lynn, Oh yes by dear...turning back the time...I'm there with ya! I had been thinking that all these supplements may be putting my body in shock sometimes, my ND says to start all supplements out slow and work up. I really had to do that since my body likes to reject everything. I'm on immune support, anti-fungals, vitamins, cleanses, and hormonal herbs....still not feeling better. I was chatting with Patty recently and she said that it took her 4 years to get better. I believe we have to stay as postive as possbile to know that WE WILL get better some day. I'm with you however....my patience needs patience!
