Some do healing work as a way of profession such as Jesus healed and while as a medium if someone feels compelled to give money for what they received, they should use it to help themselves. Most of the people I have worked with need their money. I forget about the money and don't worry about the exchange of energy. The exchange of energy to me is getting to the work.
