Guest guest
Hey girls, I just had my amalgrams removed today and feeling in pain in the mouth and kinda swollen in the tummy. I am taking Vitamin C every 2 hours sometimes 1 hour... what can I take for the pain now that the anesthesia wore off.. I had a cracked tooth along with it and it was more than I bargained for ....I wasn't in pain at the office and didn't feel a thing until the anesthesia wore off. I dont want to take any meds but something for the pain to ease it any suggestions? Thanks Shellly It's Tax Time! Get tips, forms and advice on AOL Money Finance. Guest guest
, I would try Ibuprofen or Tylenol if you won't do pain meds. I think the Emergen-C that I was taking after I had my fillings removed is what caused that flank pain! I had it while I was taking the packets after my tooth was removed and then I took another Emergen-C pack on Thursday to combat my cold - wahla - the flank pain was back! After the Emergen-C was out of my system, the flank pain was gone! I hope you feel better soon. Sorry you are in pain. Tooth work is no fun!
