April,

I use all 3 to kill the candida. I think that just using the Olive leaf is not

going to get it. The caprylic Acid will do the job better. Wow girl

I know it seems like a lot all of us think that way. Actually I was

doing a lot more than that I have cut down to where you are now.

I am very fatigued also. Have you tried a sauna or ionic Foot bath

to help you futher along yet. I know my sauna helps alot.

And did you try coffee enemas yet? These are things to help

you detox that bad stuff from the body. I know this is hard to go

through because I am going through the same thing just keep

pressing on dont give up just get mad and try harder with some

detox methods.

And you need to stay away from all sugars and carbs in order to

get better that is what I was told. This can prevent your healing.

April,

Wow, that is a lot of supplements. I wish I had the answers to the

finger and toe joints - mine do the same thing. I did buy some FAR

gloves that I wear and it seems to help, the company also makes

socks. I have pain with my joints though, not sure if you do or

not.

Also, I had the sinus issues pre-explant. I use saline solution to

keep my sinuses moist and then swab some lamasil (jock itch cream)

inside each nostril. After I did that a few times, I haven't any

sinus issues since (knock on wood).

I am sensitive to most supplements so I don't use them right now. I

see a holisitic doctor and Saturday and I am hoping for

recommnedations. Sorry, I wish I could offer more advice.

Hugs, Lynn

Hi April,

I have so many of your same symptoms! I noticed that when my yeast

would flare I'd have the same strange feeling in the ears with either

tickling, buzzing or pain. What seems to help me for that is

Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE). I take 15 drops in a few tablespoons

of water a few times a day. Beware though...it's the most vile

tasting crap ever!! But it works:o)

It sounds like you have a good protocol going and I think you're

right about rotating antifungals. I went to a mercury toxicity

support group the other night where they discussed different

protocols. The ones who were doing the best at relieving yeast

symptoms were rotating antifungals. Some were even rotating every

day of the week (i.e. garlic on Monday, OLE on Tuesday, Usa Urvi on

Wed, etc.)! I'm not going to go to that extreme but for now I rotate

w/ Nystatin and GSE weekly and then try to eat more garlic when I

think of it.

Do you do any detoxing like epsom salt baths, colonics, coffee enemas

or saunas?...not that you necessarily need to. I just know I feel

slightly better on the days I detox, particularly w/ the coffee...it

makes the overall malaise or " blah " feeling not quite as bad and

gives me a little more energy.

Sis,

I dont think taking Xanax is helping you that just creates more toxins

because its a medication. In order to get complete healing you need to

try to stay away from meds. That infrared sauna will help you tremendously.

Hopefully you had your capsules removed!!! I made that mistake and that

is why I wasn't getting better. Supplements use to make me ill as well at

first for the first 1 1/2years. But I can say coffee enemas really pull out

a lot of toxins have you tried this yet? I wished I would have tried this

years ago. The things that bother me I usually take a night so I cant tell

if its bothering me while I am sleeping. I drink sleepy time tea to help

me get restful sleep as well.

I have a infrared sauna and it works great but those coffee enemas I think

work better.

Just thought I would give you my input what works for me.

Thanks to all of you for your suggestions. I know when you are dealing

w/your own health issues it is not always easy to help someone else

w/their problems, so it means a lot. :o)

I have taken note of your recommendations and I'll be thinking and

praying about what to do next! I know one thing's for sure, as soon as

we have the money I am going to get a comprehensive stool analysis like

the one you did, PH. It would help me a lot to confirm what I'm

actually dealing with here.

Thanks to all!

Hi April,

Like Lynn, I am also sensitive to supplements - I can take

Hi ,

I'd love to get off the Xanax, while it probably does help hide the

brain fog, you're right it probably just contributes to the toxins

and doesn't really get rid of the problem. It also made me gain a

little weight. I am confident that my capsules were removed because

I used Dr. Feng and when I woke up from surgery, they showed me the

capsules. Plus I know she's a big proponent of capsule removal and

she said she worked for 3 hours on getting everything out. However,

I haven't done much in the way of detoxing. My problem is that I

become sensitive to anything that I take for more than 3 days - it

becomes a systemic problem, so even if I took it at night I would

still end up with the same result. After 3 days I end up with

shooting pains throughout my entire body, or my blood pressure

suddenly becomes high, etc. So, I think the sauna will be better

than ingesting anything. I never have tried the coffee enema,

although it does sound like alot of people have had success with it,

I may try that - I'm just a bit fearful since I end up with symptoms

for months if something doesn't go well.

Sis,

You have to try the coffee enemas...WOW what a difference it makes for me

daily. I dont think I could live without them. All my systems seem to be a lot

milder when I do them. I am sorry to hear you are very sensitive to everything

and yes Dr. Feng does an excellent job so I know she removed all the capsules.

I use to be on Ativan and went off on my own because I just wanted to get better

so bad. Detoxing made me less sensitive to vitamins like juicing if your up to it.

But the coffee enemas felt like they got more toxins out than anything.

Love

Hi ,I'd love to get off the Xanax, while it probably does help hide the brain fog, you're right it probably just contributes to the toxins and doesn't really get rid of the problem. It also made me gain a little weight. I am confident that my capsules were removed because I used Dr. Feng and when I woke up from surgery, they showed me the capsules. Plus I know she's a big proponent of capsule removal and she said she worked for 3 hours on getting everything out. However, I haven't done much in the way of detoxing. My problem is that I become sensitive to anything that I take for more than 3 days - it becomes a systemic problem, so even if I took it at night I would still end up with the same result. After 3 days I end up with shooting pains throughout my entire body, or my blood pressure suddenly becomes high, etc. So, I think the sauna will be better than ingesting anything. I never have tried the coffee enema, although it does sound like alot of people have had success with it, I may try that - I'm just a bit fearful since I end up with symptoms for months if something doesn't go well.Sis> > >> > > I've been sort of doing the same thing for a long time now and I > > feel > > > like it's time to make some changes.
