I bought the grains from her...it costs $20 but at the time I was too

brain foggy and fatigued to figure out how to do it. I'm going to

try again.

BTW, I don't know how you lasted 6 days on this fast! I am on day 2

and was feeling good this morning and after lunch but now I am

ravenous and have been thinking about junk food that I haven't had in

10 years!! I'm thinking of stopping...it's that bad, but did you say

PH- Just stop thinking about Big Macs and Maple Bars!!!! OMG, my boss

brought those heart valentine candies to work today and I ate so many

Hey Krista,

Don't feel bad, I went out to dinner with my best friend Friday night

and had a long island iced tea.....and it was good! We then went to

the movies and I tried to have a little candy....after just a couple

of pieces.....I thought I would come flying out of my seat. I had

not had any sugar for 6 weeks! Needless to say I did not eat much of

it. But I was good and got right back on track the next morning. It

was encourging that I did feel fine from doing that. We all go off

this diet once in a while. Your not alone!

Isn't it awful when those tempting foods are around!!???!!

My family does this to me, and it makes me so mad at myself.
