Guest guest
Sue, I was looking into this clinic CFS and I feel its mostly for pain with one exception Chronic Fatigue. If it can take care of that its worth it all. I had Detox massages and they knocked me down for 2 weeks. Make sure you drink enough water. take your body weight and divide into half that's how many ounces of water you should be drinking. It sounds worth doing to me. They are osteopaths that work on the lymph nodes; they believe that toxins in the fluid around the brain and spinal cord poison the body. With special massage of the chest, back, neck and head, toxins are released out of the lymphatic system into the blood where they can be dettoxed by the liver. It’s pretty expensive and you have to have your breast tissue worked on, you have to have a chaperone with you ideally someone who can help with the exercises at home. What do you think?? Any advice welcome. Sue www.theperrinclinic.com Start the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
Guest guest
Good Morning Sweet Sue: This treatment sounds good; however, I am no expert on this type of treatment. I am sure, that some of the other ladies will have some answers for you. We just want you to get well, and have a normal life again. We all love you....Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~``` The Perrin Clinic Hi All I have been looking into this clinic regarding CFS and would like some input as to what you think. Guest guest
Hi Sue, It sounds like the technique the Perrin Clinic uses is a cross between craniosacral and lymphatic massage/drainage...although I'm not an expert by any means. I had both therapies in the beginning when I was really really sick. Both were helpful but looking back I don't know that they were worth the money. I've since read that exercise is just as effective to get the lymph moving. Examples would be rebounding for a few minutes a day on a mini trampoline or just walking...probably not what you want to hear...at least I know I don't!! I need to do it but the motivation just isn't there! If you check the archives, it seems like there was a member who had a lot of success with lymphatic drainage but I don't remember who. Her posts might give you a better answer.
