PH,

I have started chelation ...using far infrared sauna, coffee enemas and

did the hydrogen peroxide bath today.

When I do the chelation DMSA in my mouth ...I take a glycine pill

along with a Vit C every time I do the DMSA...

Does this sound like I am doing this right.....and when do I

start feeling bad ? I was kinda concerned because I actually

feel great .....Am I doing it right ?

Thanks PH,

Hi ,

I haven't taken glycine so I'm not sure. My doc told me to take my

Vit C after meals but on the chelation forum others take it with the

DMSA. Yes, it sounds like you're doing it right. For me, I didn't

feel poorly until the 3rd of 4th day and it was mostly just

incredible fatigue and feeling like crying. Everyone experiences it

differently though. So glad you're feeling well! What dosage did

you start with? Love, PH
