Guest guest
Andi: First of all hello you sweet thing, how is it going? You seem very very quiet lately. Have you set a date for your move? Kvass what the heck is it? I never heard of it but I must tell you that your raving of ginger ale especially the expensive brand has been a real saving grace in this household. I use it for Bob a lot and since I am now caretaker to Bob's mom too I dose her too. I have even purchased ginger tea and add camomile with it for Bob and I. Went on a girl's long weekend to Galena, Il. and had the time of my life (such as it is). Took Mom and left Bob home but my daughter and daughter-in-law went so the caregiving was shared. How lucky am I to have those girls and I just hope Mom does not wear them out too much before I need them. I treated them to massages and we stayed at the Eagle Ridge Resort. The funniest beside the " depends " story which I will tell later, is when we dressed for dinner and when she saw the menu she announced she would not pay those prices to see the Pope let alone eat there. Yikes the girls laughed until I thought they would need the Depends. Mom insisted we go off the reservation and chose Happy Joe's, a childrens jump in the ball pit, play for tickets to redeem and pizza. It was terrible. Got the rolaids off the dashboard and that was dessert. Wish I had a movie of the whole ordeal. It was soooo funny. One day we left her in the car on the main shopping strip to do some power shopping since she was so tired. When we came back she was polking with some old guy while the accordian player played one her favorite polkas. Little did she know the girls and I paid the old guy $25 and the accordian player $25. We will take that to our graves. Let me know about the Kvass Update me please on how everything is going. Fondly, dee
