Hi Ladies- I just wanted to drop in and say a quick hello to

everyone! I haven't been able to post on the forum much lately, but

I've been trying at least to periodically read the posts, so that I

could keep up with everyone.

I took on a few extra projects at work, which have been keeping me

very busy during the day. The projects should lead to a good

promotional opportunity later this year which is why I decided to

take them on. Though I tell ya, at times I am still unsure that I am

ready for this. But, it is what it is and I just tell myself " here we

go! " I've also been working a lot with Beth and PH on finishing up

the website. The website is so close to being complete! We still have

a few formatting changes to make with the information, but it should

be ready for all eyes to view within a week. We are so thrilled about

this…as you can all imagine. I will make sure and send out an email

the second it is ready.

Health wise, I am doing " okay. " I actually felt very good at the end

of February, but it seems I have reverted back some to the overall

fatigue, malaise and achiness. I know my body is telling me " slow

down, " so I plan to stay home this weekend and rest and do some

detoxing. I expected this (feeling better, then worse, then better,

etc.) because you all told me this would probably happen, so I am not

too alarmed.

I hope everyone is doing well and is moving along with their

individual healing. Rogene, I am so glad to hear that you are out of

surgery and on your way to recovery. Dede- I've been keeping you and

all your family in my prayers…..you are just so special to me, and I

hate seeing you so upset. To all of my other sisters, you are always

in my thoughts and prayers.

Much Love,

Krista

Hi Krista!

So glad to hear from you. You are doing great and being smart by not

getting too alarmed by setbacks. They will happen here and there, but

overall if you are seeing improvments, you are on the right track.

I so happy for you regarding your possible promotion...good for you!

Just take good care of yourself and listening to your body is the

best thing you can do for yourself. You'll know when too much is too

much. I'm looking forward to the website that you guys have put

together!

God bless,

Patty
