You can clean house once a day when I have bad candida I do it

twice a day. But go to the health food store and buy NAC to take

for gluthione to give yourself the energy from doing coffee enemas.

I know one more thing to buy. But trust me well worth it Sandy !!

I am so glad you can feel a difference....When I did it made me feel

good the first time doing it. I get floaty's on top of the toilet I

think this is the candida strings but now I dont have that !

Now i just have something that sounds like a bomb dropping in

the toilet !!!! LOLOLOLOLOL

And feeling better everytime I do it too !!!!!

Congratulations Girl!!!! I'm so proud of you! I knew you could do it!

Cleaning house feels so good....you can do coffee enemas once a day,

but keep in mind you need to be replacing minerals with juices or a

good multi-vitamin.
