Anne-Marie, I'm not sure if I'm willing to give up the Castor just yet....but I will keep it in mind. I've gotten some good feedback on my seize and there are a few things I'm planning to change next time. (I bought a wire wisk and some distilled water and next time I'll add the color much much sooner). If I still have trouble, I'll skip the Castor and see how it goes. Thanks for the idea.
