However I am wondering, why there isn't any updates lately? Is it because the problems are not so severe now with the new cohesive silicone implants? I had my surgery in 1999 (in Denmark) with Mentor cohesive silicone implants. Since 2000 I've experienced problems with RSI in both tennis and golf elbow and wrist (both arms the same). From about 2004 for 2 years I got better and lived without big problems, but now (from shortly after starting full time work as an IT-journalist after finishing university – and increasing over the next year) it's so bad again that I've been absent from work for more than 3 month, and though not doing much am still having pains even when not using my arms. My newest physician thinks it's due to nerve problems in a tense neck and tense shoulders/stiff spine, so I'm currently exploring that theory with new exercises. No improvement yet, though (1 month). Well, it's a long story, but lately I started wondering why my twin sister, who uses a computer as much in her work and spare time as I, are not experiencing the RSI problems nearly as bad as I (though also having some problems!). And then I thought of my silicone implants and started reading stuff on the internet. Most scared I got when reading your newsletter. Do you think I should be scared? Reading the entries it sounds like a conspiracy and that almost everybody eventually get sick from silicone and the other chemicals in implants… A lot of people who daily uses computer have RSI without having had silicone implant surgery, though, and I don't think I experience any of the other symptoms except maybe for fatigue, but this could also be due to arthritis medicine…?
