Beth, Coffee enemas

Beth,

All you need is an enema bag and some organic coffee, and a

strainer. Do you have a non-metal pan for brewing the coffee? I use

Visions glass saucepans.

I get my organic coffee at Trader Joe's, Sam's Club, Whole Foods

market or Wild Oats. They all have good prices.

The enema bucket shouldn't be hard to find online. PH provided a

link where I bought mine cheap.
