Almost everyone fluffs up within 6 months to a year and looks

entirely different than they did just after explant. Just believe

and let your body do what it knows what to do best.

Lynda

Thanks Lynda. I just need to hear from other people that it will get

better. Maybe it wouldn't be so bad if I had not paid the extra money

for the lift. I wouldn't mind it, in fact I don't really mind being

smaller. I had just gotten a refill basically when I got implants so

I had no idea I was gonna go from saggy C to DD. I had them 8 years

and to be honest they got in the way most of the time, buying bras

was a headache and alot of clothes didn't look good on me as well.

But to spend $3,000 extra to go back to what I was is really

frustrating. So if some of you say it will get better I will hang on

to that. Thank you.

That is too funny about your Dad. At

least you know he is not staying with

you too long so you can get some sleep.

I have a husband that does the same and

I thank God he works 3rd shift so I can sleep.

Try taking some Melatonin 3mg all natural

of course and that will help you get some rest.

Hi ,

Congrats on your explant. Please don't worry about how you look now

as you will look dramatically different within the months to

come...at least that's what happened for me. I actually look better

than before implant and have fluffed.

As far as not being able to break down...I know the feeling. I

wanted to be strong and positive for my husband and what helped me

immensely was to journal while I was in the hotel. I wrote about

everything I was feeling, changes I wanted to make in my life,

letters to those that mean the most telling them things I hadn't, and

writing about the things I am going to do when I am well, favorite

memories, etc.

I also listened to a lot of comforting music...Christian hymns, Enya,

etc.

Hang in there, girl. You just passed the first step in this recovery

and should feel relieved!!

Love, PH

Ahhhh, Enya. I love her. I use to let my clients listen to her during

my massage sessions. I must pull those cds out and start meditating

again. Breathing and visualizations. I learned some really great

things in massage therapy school that could help get me through this.

Thank you for reminding me. My brain has been in a fog for so long

it's forgotten so much. My back has been killing me from not being

able to sleep on my sides. I can't wait to get one myself. I plan to

ask the Dr tomo. Ok I guess I'm rambling now.

I appreciate all the feed back. Thanks so much.
