Guest guest
Hi Ladies, I saw my ND today and he is recommemending that I have colon hydrotherapy done. Have any of you heard of this or had it done? Thanks! Cherie
Guest guest
Hi Cherie, So glad it went well today. My colon hydrotherapist suggested Ezekiel too and said it was fine knowing that I'm gluten intolerant. Yet, the package doesn't say anything about being gluten-free. So I've had it a couple times and love it toasted w/ cashew butter and blackberries on top, but I still worry whether it's gluten-free or not. Ezekiel is made by Food For Life Baking which does have some gluten free breads. I prefer the taste of the orange Ezekiel though. I tried the Food For Life Rice Pecan Bread ages ago but it was nothing special (only good toasted) and if I remember had lots of starch and cane sugar. Let me know if you find out if the Ezekiel is gluten-free. Love, PH > > Hi Ladies, > > Had my first colon hydortherapy today. Guest guest
Hi Lynn, I'm so glad that your encourged! My hydotherapist told me to stop the kefir and yogurt for now.....I am to have no dairy. When I make my soups I have to put it in the blender and then I can eat it. If I have a chicken breast I have to take the enzyme with it. She wants me eating more fish too. Did you have to have your hemmoroids removed? Hugs, Cherie > > > > Hi Ladies, > > > > Had my first colon hydortherapy today.
