Guest guest
What a good story furocious fox! That is awesome that you mud wrestled! I too left my ex husband who was an abusive alcoholic! He was great when he was sober but a big butt when he was drunk. Very controlling and jealous too. Kicked in the back across the yard one night. Tried to punch me in the face - lucky I was sober and he was drunk, so I ducked and he put his hand through our wall. He also punched the passenger window out of my new car! But I left. My family loved him but they had no idea what he was doing behind closed doors and I didn't want to tell them because I just knew he'd change. HA! Never happened. Love, Lynn Ps... even if I could get that care in jail, I wouldn't go. I'd miss my family and friends much too much. Plus, I am too squeeky clean to do anything illegal. > > Prisoners are always well taken care of in jail. > > Even if it means traveling by plane or train > All their medical needs are met and paid in full > > Dentist, Doctor, Surgeon, Hospital > You name it... Guest guest
Sandy and Lynn ~ Isnt it awful what these men get by with ? ? My first hubby is an alcoholic, and used to beat me to a pult at least 2 times a week. It was awful, and somehow, he had me convinced It was my fault, and I deserved it. He was a violent drunk. I spent 4 years like this. Then my second hubby had spent 6 years in Viet Nam, and when he was going through mental detox from there, I was also his punching bag. This lasted a few years, but we are now friends. I divorced him too tho, I couldnt stand what he was doing to me physically and mentally, reguardless of why. I have been single since the late 80's and havent let anyone near me since. They get too close and I back away. I actually quit dating awhile back, cuz the thought of someone doing this to me again made me sick. I took Marshall Arts for awhile, it sure did bring my self confidence back up. My first tournament, I did well at, and beat a gal that was 2 belts higher than me. That gave me the sense of achievement and one of self defense. As the hubs that hit me, did without me fighting back, I just took it. Sad, huh ? ? Anyway, thank you for your stories girls, we arent alone ! I wonder why there are so many men that are such weinies that they think they have to beat up on women ? ? I miss you all, but right now, I have little time, but I will be back soon......Know you all are in my thoughts and prayers and I love you all! Dede It's Tax Time! Guest guest
My first husband was an alcoholic, too. He threw my Christmas tree out the 2nd story window and all of my presents, too. When we split up, he stalked me and I ended up getting a restraining order against him. He was a jerk but now he's a jerk who doesn't have me in his life anymore.
