I had one in my hand and I realized that just one is still 120 calories! (Not that we count calories...) That is like a whole chicken breast's worth of calories! Nicci, I'm glad that you are enjoying your new treadmill. It will be nice to have different workouts to choose from and to mix up with tae-bo! It should also help keep you motivated. Try not to get discouraged by your lack of outward results....they will come. Sometimes it just takes a little longer for some people. Congratulations on the healthy eating! Remember to allow yourself to have some of those " treats " you are trying to avoid every now and then. Otherwise, you might end up craving them so much that you end up over-indulging! It's good that you feel satisfied just having one....when you do allow yourself to indulge....make sure you really enjoy them and savor every bite Keep up the good work! Focus on the inner changes happening for you if you are not getting the outward results you want right now! Do you have more self-confidence? Do you feel better about yourself? Do you notice any changes....increased stamina, better balance, muscles developing? There are lots of things happening to your body right now and all of them are good! So, be patient and try not to judge your progress solely on whether or not you have lost weight....that will come with time....but, in the meantime you will have many things to celebrate along the way! Then they live sick in denial and believe they really have lupus, MS or Auto immune, etc... Shame I would have to say... Thank God I got my answers and got them OUT... Never regret it for a minute... I forgot to mention "It could save your Hair from falling Out" I guess I write that since I seem to loose a little more each day... Prior to implant I had thick, silky, beautiful hair... Name it a catchy name like " Real Ladies, Real Breast Implant Stories" Or "Breast Implant, Stories of real woman's horror" OR " True Stories About Breast Implanted Women... You get the drift... Well I know a publishers, I plan to ask for a deal or a bargain price for the cause... I think it would maybe save a girl in a High School Library or someone, if we can reach one person with the book, it would be worth it to do it... We could also maybe put some of our medical reports in the book, real documents.. I have some wonderful stuff... BY THE WAY GIRLS... I HAVE A TAPED CONVERSATION WITH ONE OF THE MANUFACTURERS ADMITTING TO MOLD IN SALINE IMPLANTS.... LETS ALL TAPE RECORD OUR CONVERSATIONS WITH THEM... AND THE FDA... SOMEDAY WE COULD GET A VOICE...
