Hi ,

I take 1 scoop in 1 litre of water once a day...usually mid morning or

mid afternoon, away from meals. Sometimes I add a little to oatmeal

but I eat my oatmeal raw. I don't know if it would affect the

probiotics in the Super Seed if you put it in cooked oatmeal.

Occasionally I mix it with kefir too or in yogurt. Love, PH

Hi Ph,

I started round 2 this morning but feeling kinda nausea to my tummy

so I dont know if I will be able to finish or not. Will See ?

I think this might be candida which makes me feel sick to my

tummy . I also feel really dizzy and brain fog !!!!! I only had

one dose so far too .

Chelation is not fun..........I hope you are doing well with it. I was

trying to catch up to you but LOL .......hopefully i do.

What round are you on ...Did the ALA make it worse ? And do you

get the poops when doing the DMSA >?

Hi ,

I took Primal Defense...4 caps first thing in the a.m. and 4 caps

right before bed. Did that for several months and then switched to

Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls and took them daily but it was

very random how many I took...just went by what I felt I

needed...usually 4-6 per day. Now I'm on a probiotic that my chiro

gave me but am almost out so I'll probably start up the Primal

Defense again. I use to take them on an empty stomach but have

recently read that taking them with a piece of fruit helps them

proliferate more quickly...don't know if it's true or not, but that's

what I've been doing recently. Love, PH

Yes, I don't always start my DMSA in the morning, sometimes I start

at night or afternoon. Just make sure when you count days, you're

counting 24 hours from the time you started. It's helpful to keep a

calendar and chart how long you stay on round because it can show

progress and is helpful in deciding when to increase dosage.

Yes, divide your dose into 8 until you feel you can increase it.
