Guest guest
, Would this eye exercise help for everyone who is having trouble with reading up close? I am so frustrated with my eyesight as I get older. I am using reading glasses, but my eyes just seem to be getting worse and worse. I can't see anything up close anymore without fumbling for glasses. I want to believe that there is a way to strenghten those eye muscles, and I've read a little about it, but haven't done anything. So, the idea is to focus on a distant object for a few minutes and then a near object? Thanks for your help! Patty > > Ph, > My eyelids twitched and the eyeballs hurt like they were falling out.
