Guest guest
~ Honey, it sounds like your adrenals are compromised right now, and screaming. Please, slow down, give your body time and lots of rest ! ! here read this: SYMPTOMS OF ADRENAL BURNOUT In addition to fatigue, weakness and often depression, symptoms often include a craving for sweets, low blood pressure and low blood sugar. Low energy impairs every system of the body. Thus, secondary symptoms can range from impaired digestion, aches and pains to chronic or recurring infections. Often, emotional and psychological symptoms are present or even predominant. Depression is very common. Apathy, despair and even suicidal tendencies are also quite common. Emotional instability, mood swings, bipolar disorder, anxiety, and irritability are also common symptoms associated with adrenal burnout syndrome. The world can look evil, one loses faith in people, and a hopeless attitude is not uncommon. Compulsiveness and obsessive-compulsive tendencies may be associated with adrenal burnout. One may become addicted or very attracted to excessive exercise, sex, loud music or other forms of excitement. The unconscious goal is always the same, to stimulate the adrenals into activity. The rest is in the link...........dont forget about herxing too, that can make you feel awful ! ! ! Love Dede http://www.drlwilson.com/Articles/adrenal_burnout.htmIt's Tax Time! Guest guest
Hi , Sorry you're feeling so crummy. As far as the brain fog and not being able to focus, I had that super bad when I was juicing a lot of greens. Could that be it? Patty recommended I cut back on the greens and it did wonders for me. I still have some, but balance it with other veggies and fruit. Otherwise, it sounds like you're doing what you need to do. It could just be major dieoff. Remember too, your body is still trying to detox the antibiotics and anesthesia from surgery. That could be where some of these symptoms are coming from. As far as meds, I took Sporanox and the side effects were horrid! Better to go natural...at least that's my opinion. Hang in there. It'll pass. Guest guest
Hi a, I was on Sporanox shortly after surgery. Dr. Kolb wanted me on it for a month but the fatigue was so bad I could only stay on it two weeks. The fatigue was so debilitating I couldn't get out of bed. My body felt as if I was carrying 200 pounds. It hurt to even move my legs as the heaviness was unbearable. I went off it and within a day my energy increased, although I was still fatigued from everything else of course. It might work for others, but definitely not for me! Guest guest
, What are you taking to support your liver after all of those coffee enemas? Are you taking NAC or Alpha Lipoic Acid? If not, and you are not juicing, you need to be doing something to provide support to your glutathione stores. Coffee enemas without juicing or supplements will deplete your glutathione stores, so give that some thought. Otherwise, I believe at this time you should back off your healing therapies and rest up. Eat lightly. Eat healthy, but don't overdo it. Even cut out supplements for awhile, and focus on just some nutritious foods. When things got crazy on me, I just backed off. How long has it been since your capsule removal? I am wondering if you were feeling much better because you were in that 6 week period after surgery, (what I call a " honeymoon period " ?) It seems that there is always a period of improvement after surgery, whether due to antibiotics or anesthesia or what, I'm not sure, but after about 6 weeks, things start acting up a little again until the real healing takes effect. Just stay hopeful. Don't stress and worry...you are doing alot of good things for yourself. Your body will appreciate it. As for the depression, make sure you are not suffering from thyroid issues. I know you were keeping tabs on that. Remember, thyroid issues can appear out of nowhere. Mine showed up 4 years after explant.
