,What you are feeling is very normal . . . If you can just relax, take things one day at a time, and trust Dr. Kolb to do a very good job, you'll feel much better. You have one of the best docs! . . . With a team like you're taking with you, you shouldn't have to worry about support. . . Let them start helping NOW!I think you'd be happier with your own foot bath . . . Check here: http://stores.ebay.com/ionicfootbath-mfg57Your whole family can enjoy them then!If you'll bid something over $250, you should win your bid . . .

These units are very durable, easy to clean and inexpensive to replace arrays which last a long time. Hugs and prayers,Rogene

Thanks Rogene, I do need to calm down, I know it will be fine. I

will look into the footbaths, I know my husband was very interested

in having them too so that is probably a better choice.

,You'll be happier with the unit that has the smaller pan (not the rectangular pan) . . . The larger pain is too heavy to lift to empty. . . nasty to bail out. However, you could save money by buying the unit with the large pan, then buying a smaller pan on your own. . . The only difference in use between large and small is that you need to reduce the amount of sea salt used to just one scoop. If anyone has the larger pan and finds it hard to manage, you can get smaller pans at a Dollar Store, or stores like WalMart, Target, etc. . . . You have to keep looking until you find the right size though. Just big enough for your feet and array . . . Look over Ionic Oasis's

webpages. Valuable information! . . especially about supplementing with additional minerals when doing the foot baths.Rogene

Hi ,Totally normal to have the mixed emotions...it was hard for me to believe as well that I was making these huge sacrifices for health when I was young and healthy before.

As far as hotel choices, I definitely DO NOT recommend the Residence Inn. I chose it because I wanted a kitchen...big mistake...it was the dirtiest, moldiest hotel I've ever been in; not a place you want to be with open wounds!! There was water damage throughout the whole unit. We would have moved but there was some huge convention going on and we couldn't find another hotel anywhere. Maybe they've remodeled in the past year. If not, definitely stay away.

As far as food, we shopped at a Whole Foods...sorry, can't remember the street. We ate out twice...once at a great Indian restaurant just down from the Residence Inn (if you just go past the hotel, you'll see it on your right...it's not complicated as it's the only way you can get there because there's nothing else in the opposite direction of the hotel...sorry, I wish I could give you better directions or a name of the restaurant.) The restaurant has a big reddish/mauve sign.

We also ate at Seasons 52 our last night there when I was feeling stronger...great food...fresh and all entrees are under 450 calories.http://seasons52.com/ They also have a patio.

I've found that foot bath services are in sort of obscure places...ususally at healer's homes or some of my chiropractors have them. I ended up buying my own because it's cheaper in the long run. If you have a health food store in your town, local publications for alternative services are usually found there and I found that helpful in figuring out where to go.

Good luck, . Dr. Kolb is wonderful and you are in good hands!Love, PH
