Guest guest
I want to add a few thoughts to my message about the letter from the Broward School Board. I don't want to deprive anyone of any due process they feel would gain better services for their children. I just don't think it is right for someone else to decide on on the disposition of the privacy of my child's school records. If Mr. Pyper and others believe they have been injured, they should be able to prove it with their own records. A systematic denial of services is a set of denials. If one is illegal, then all of the denials are illegal. If the set of denials is illegal, as Mr. Pyper is trying to prove, then he should be able to show that one is illegal and that will by default make the rest illegal. He could/should do that with his client's records. He should not need my child's records. While I am not unhappy with my child's progress, I understand that many other parent don't feel as I do. I will never tell a parent to not do something for their children. thanks, Fred
