Guest guest
,Yes, the foot baths remove metals . . . Good and bad. Be sure to take a good mineral supplement when doing the foot baths. Most of us have been buying the Ionic Oasis foot bath . . . www.ionicoasis.com . . . off ebay.Problem is that the price has gone up . . . double! . . . Apparently they are selling all they want to sell. You may get a better price by bidding on one. I don't remember the ebay addy . . . It's in our message archives. I've ordered six now . . . my kids have two, I have one and three friends have them through me. Their foot bath is made very simply . . . it should last far longer than the more expensive models where the arrays must be replaced more frequently at a much higher price.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
. . . FAR saunas both get rid of toxins and heavy metals . . .However, Dr. Kolb has been quoted saying that foot baths remove more. . . I prefer to think that they do it differently and that both are good. Foot baths pull more, faster. The saunas provide deep heat that promotes healing. Sweating is a bonus.Be careful about going too cheap . . .I saw some really cheap ones on ebay. One of our members (Sandy?) was using a friends. They used tap water instead of distilled. . . The unit wore out in only a few uses. Ionic Oasis uses tap water. Basically the array is made of metal that received opposite charges . . . This draws metal out of the body - but also from the array. . . A poorly made array will need replacing frequently. Be sure to check how long they estimate an array to use. . . Even at the full retail price, I think Ionic Oasis is a good deal.
