Guest guest
Wow, Lynn, it does not seem possible that it has been a whole year. Time really flies. Guest guest
, Overall I am not 100%. The main improvements have been with the brain fog, anxiety and depression... they are gone - those went away soon after explant. The things I still battle are the joint pain in my fingers, the RAYNAUD PHENOMENA, poor circulation in my limbs, anemia, sticky blood, I can't gain weight and thyroid issues. But pre-explant I seriously thought I was dying. I would pray to God each night begging Him to let me wake up the next day. I also thought I would be disabled. I am still working a full-time job! So, that is HUGE or me. Overall, I am much better but I still have a lot of detoxing to do. I can't wait for my 2nd year post. I hope to be doing much better. Until then I will just take it day by day, eat good and take care of me. Guest guest
Hi and Lynn, It's so interesting to see how differently we all heal, and at what rate. I know for me it's taken alot longer to get better than it did to get sick - I got sick within a week of getting implants, had them for six months, and now it's been 2.5 years since explant. I started feeling better after about six months, but it's definitely been a gradual thing. For me the brain fog has been the most stubborn of the symptoms, and the joint pain was one of the first symptoms to ease up - but my thumbs are still mildly swollen and when my symptoms flare up my thumbs swell up. I recently purchased a portable infrared sauna, so I'm hoping that will help with the brain fog. I didn't do any detoxing because my body views most types of supplements as a foreign invader and develops a sensitivity to it - although probiotics don't seem to cause any reaction so I take them daily. It's been hard to incorporate epsom salts baths into my routine because of the demands of my job, school and just keeping up at home, but I'm making more of an effort with the sauna. Guest guest
Lynn, I hear you on praying just to wake up ....I felt the same way. I need to do another water fast to help with the fatigue. I am 39 years old and sometimes I feel like I am 80. I have joint pain too and yes my FIR sauna helps me with this. I dont know if I still have anemia but cant seem to get past the acid in my stomach in the mornings and after eating. I am so glad you are doing better. Its been a long road of healing ....hopefully you can do a one day water fast or weekend fast to get a little more better for yourself. This may help you even more. I personally drink kefir and water on my water fast so I dont get rid of all my probiotics in my system. and I dont go hungry !!! Love In a message dated 4/13/2008 9:36:40 P.M. Guest guest
. . . You'll find some pretty good stuff OTC . .. Prilosec . . . However, if you'll mix 2 Tablespoons of Braggs Vinegar with 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and 1/2 cup of water, you should be able to reduce your stomach discomfort. .. You can do this 2-3 times a day.Don't overdo it though. .. You need some stomach acid to digest foods. If you overdo it, you stomach could get in the habit of making more and more acid. . Not good.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, I will pass on the OTC stuff ...Prilosec is not natural so its not in my pathway to healing. I will stick to the baking soda or the homeopathic Vaxa Buffer by nutri west this really helps the best. Hope you are getting better , In a message dated 4/15/2008 12:52:35 A.M.
