Guest guest
My explant doctor had me take Arnica and something else, don't remember. I never had to take anything with my BA. I had a lot less scaring with the explant. With the BA I had keloids and had to have some injections to try and soften them. Supplements that help recovery from surgery? I was just wondering if any of y'all took any supplements pre-explant to help with recovery. I've read that Vitamin K (for blood clotting), Vitamin C and Arnica Montana are all good. I took Arnica before my BA and I didn't have much bruising/swelling. Any other suggestions? Also, any recommendations for something to help incisions heal faster w/less scaring? I am fair skinned and scar easily. Thanks,April No virus found in this incoming message.Checked by AVG Free Edition. Guest guest
I read somewhere that selenium deficiencies produce keloids? I'll have to find out where I read that...
