Hi April,

Rogene is so right! I was a basket-case the first few months with

constant worry. Every other day she and others would tell me to be

patient and that it'll get better in time and they're right. I still

struggle but I've read enough recovery stories to realize this takes

time. It sounds as if you're doing all the right things and as long as

you keep with it, you'll see progress.

Here are the questions Mercola has me answer after each meal:

How is your mood before breakfast?

What did you have for breakfast? Time:

Before Lunch Assessment of Breakfast:

Was your breakfast satisfying to you?

Did you need a snack before lunch?

Did you or do you have any cravings?

How is your mood?

How is your energy?

How is your mental clarity?

What did you have for lunch? Time:

Before Dinner Assessment of Lunch:

Was your lunch satisfying to you?

Did you need a snack before dinner?

Did you or do you have any cravings?

How is your mood?

How is your energy?

How is your mental clarity?

What did you have for Dinner? Time:

Before Bedtime Assessment of Dinner:

Was your dinner satisfying to you?

Did you need a snack before bedtime?

Did you or do you have any cravings?

How is your mood?

What is your overall assessment of how you felt today?

Hope this helps although I completely relate to feeling so crummy 'round

the clock that it was difficult to tell if anything was affecting me

one way or the other. However, by using the above journal I realized

eggs were giving me major problems with my mood. Hang in there! Love,

PH
