I feel doctors can be overrated. I do supplements on my own not theirs its way too expensive for me,I take the Garden of life supplements which are food grade vitamins which is what you want and anything with silicon dioxide will make you sick in a vitamin.

Its good that you have a ND to get info and take what she says to take but buy it on your own like www.organicpharmacy.org its cheaper.

That is my suggestion. That is what I am taking. Trust me i cant take too many things that upset me.

I am just getting frustrated because funds are tight and I also am in need of getting some cavities filled. I feel like I am being pulled in all different directions, not getting much of anywhere and losing alot of money doing it. OK, I am done venting....whew!!!!! I just have read where some peole have said the supplements have made them feel worse......I am just not sure what to do first (supplements or teeth) and what will help me the most. I also wonder if for the past 2 weeks, all the supplements I have been taking...if they are even really doing anything or not since they want me to take more!!!!
