Guest guest
, I would suggest staying away from all meds in order to get better. If its been 2 years for you and still not getting better than I suggest that maybe you should try a Dr. schultz detox at www.herbdoc.com to help catch up on the lost time of your health. Are you eating organic ? If not I suggest you do until you get better so your body is not burdens with more toxins. Did you get your capsules out ? I am just trying to see what I can do to help you since its been 2 years since explant and you still are not better ..... I know its been 4 years for me but I just got my capsules out and its been 2 months and total big improvements today. For the aches and pains I use homeopathic Arnica Montana 30x and Pain Relief by NaturoBio which is also homeopathic. I suggest soaking in the tub on very warm water with espom salts for relaxing that pain. Love In a message dated 4/15/2008 4:50:59 P.M. I had to take a muscle relaxer and a vicodin to make it thru work today..thanks between 0000-00-00 and 9999-99-99 It's Tax Time! Get tips, forms and advice on AOL Money Finance. Guest guest
. . . A few things you might try . . . Calcium/Magnesium supplement . . . say 1000 mg calcium, 500 mg Magnesium . . great for muscle pains and sleep.Deep tissue massage therapy - after spending in a hot tub. Soak with vinegar, epsom salts, Bentonite clay or 3% hydrogen peroxide. . . You may want to take a pain pill before the first few massages. They hurt . . but only for a few seconds at a time.If you can get access to one . . . try a FAR infrared sauna . . . 30 -40 minutes if you can stay in that long. Try to do it at least five times before you decide whether or not it's helping. Ionic foot bath . . . will help pull out heavy metals and other toxins.Organic Coffee enema . . . Lots of ladies feel much better with less pain.Keep a journal of what you're doing so, next time this happens, you'll know what helps you feel better.Sometimes just a change in the barometric pressure can cause extra pain ... Guest guest
-Thanks Rogene... it's really strange, I haven't felt like this in along while...do you know where I can get those detox foot patches you wear at night ? I tried some from avon and I thought I felt better....but they were $12 for 3 pair and i thought that was pricey...also do you have any faith in them ? -- In , saxony01 <saxony01@...> wrote: > > . . . > > A few things you might try . . . > > Calcium/Magnesium supplement . . . say 1000 mg calcium, 500 mg Magnesium . . great for muscle pains and sleep. > > Deep tissue massage therapy - after spending in a hot tub.
