Hi again...aches and pains miscle tightness

Sept it will be 2 years since explant...today is bad, probably the worse it's been in over a year, my shoulder blades are real tight and I have like a toothache pain in my legs, I haven't changed my diet or did anything different nor is it that time of month...what could cause this ? I had to take a muscle relaxer and a vicodin to make it thru work today..thanks
