Guest guest
Rogene, That was a great message..........!!!!!! I was wondering the last time we talked about caprylic Acid .....do some people get immune to it and it doesn't fight off candida .I have noticed people taking different things and was curious. Like PH is taking Grapefruit Seed Extract in liquid form with her chelation. Just thought I would ask. How are you doing ....did you hear anything back from the doctors about your results ? I know God has you in his care Rogene and praying for a speedy recovery .....you have been through so much and I admire your ability in being a strong woman at that. Guest guest
Rogene, Why dont we do them all to fight fungal properties ...I have been doing Caprylic Acid and d' Arco tea... I was also doing Oregeno Oil and Olive Leaf Extract. I better just stick to caprylic Acid and eating my probiotic yogurt. OH yea ...I am taking probiotics too. Is this too much ? Guest guest
,Maybe I'm overly cautious, but I think going slowly is more effective than pushing things. . . Think of it this way . . . You're remodeling a house . . . You have to haul all the junk out (detox) . . . if you try to rip everything out the same day, you'll end up with such a mess you won't be able to get all the waste out the door. Then you start rebuilding . . . You don't bring everything in at the same time. . . You decide what you need and bring them as you need them. If you try to do it all at once, things will get mixed up, and you'll likely waste a lot of material. As I see it, you're dealing with a similar situation with detoxing. Your body needs to get rid of the waste . . . Your liver can only process so much at a time. . . Overload it and you can get very sick. If you get cut, your body needs time to heal. . . Although you can't see where your body is injured, it's damaged just the same. It needs time to heal. Your body has an incredible ability to heal itself. . . But it takes time to do it! . . . I know you're really, really anxious to feel 100% well again. . . And, you're going to do it. But if you push too hard, it may be counterproductive. When my hubby kills a fly, he swats it over and over - long past the point where it's dead. . . Attacking the same thing with multiple products is going to do much the same. . . I'd prefer to try different things to see what's most effective. Chances are you won't have to use everything. The important thing is to keep your program covering a broad range of bases . . . sleep, diet, detox, supplements, exercise, anger/stress management, etc. I've found that if I fail in any one of these areas, I can have a flare, regardless of how many supplements I take.Hugs,Rogene
Guest guest
Rogene, Well said about the fly that does make sense. I will stick to the Caprylic Acid and just keep on keeping on is all I can do at this point. Thanks for the information. Love In a message dated 3/16/2008 11:52:40 P.M.
