Guest guest Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Sandy, I would wait 4 days after the screw is out and take Glycine and Vitamin C to help remove the toxins faster through your stool and skip the enemas during this time because you will be going to the bathroom on your own .........a lot !!!!! Vitamin C gives me the POOPS !!! I take a powder form that you mix in a glass of water and holy toledo it puts me in the bathroom all day. Love In a message dated 3/31/2008 1:05:18 P.M.
