Guest guest Posted March 5, 2008 Report Share Posted March 5, 2008 Rogene, we are all praying that this will make you better. I am so sorry that you must go through this surgery, but if it will make you well that is all that matters. My leg is getting worse, and I am spending most of my day with my leg propped up. My doctor should have more results from the 6 x-rays that were done on Saturday. I really think that it might be a ruptured cyst, or a slipped disk in my back....wonders us. Sending love and health to you............Lea ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ > FDA > MedWatch > -Aspire36 > and > Aspire > Lite > -Nationwide > Recall > Of> > Dietary > Supplements > Because > Products > Contained > an > Analog > Of > Sildenafil> > carwol@...> > MedWatch > logo > MedWatch > - > The > FDA > Safety > Information > and > Adverse > Event > Reporting > Program > > Palo > Alto > Labs > and > FDA > notified > consumers > and > healthcare > professionals > of > a > voluntary > nationwide > recall > of > two > dietary > supplements, > Aspire36 > and > Aspire > Lite. > The > products > were > recalled > because > they > were > found > to > contain > Aildenafil > in > trace > amounts > and > Dimethyl > sildenafil > thione, > an > analog > of > Sildenafil, > a > drug > used > to > treat > erectile > dysfunction. > The > presence > of > these > ingredients > in > the > dietary > supplements > may > pose > a > threat > to > consumers > because > the > analogue > may > interact > with > nitrates > found > in > some > prescription > drugs > (such > as > nitroglycerin) > and > may > lower > blood > pressure > to > dangerous > levels. > Consumers > who > have > Aspire36 > and > Aspire > Lite > in > their > possession > should > stop > using > the > products > and > return > any > unused > product > to > the > place > of > purchase. > > Read > the > complete > 2008 > MedWatch > Safety > Summary, > including > a > link > to > the > manufacturer' s > press > release > regarding > this > issue: > > http://www.fda. gov/medwatch/ safety/2008/ safety08. htm#Aspire > > > > > > > > > > ____________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _________ _> > Update > your > subscriptions, > modify > your > e-mail > address, > or > stop > subscriptions > at > any > time > on > your > Subscriber > Preferences > Page > [ > https://service. govdelivery. com/service/ user.html? code=USFDA > ]. > You > will > need > to > use > your > e-mail > address > to > log > in. > If > you > have > questions > or > problems > with > the > subscription > service, > please > contact > support@... > > This > service > is > provided > to > you > at > no > charge > by > U.S. > Food > & > Drug > Administration > (FDA) > [ > http://www.fda. gov/ > ]. > > FDA > [ > http://www.fda. gov/ > ] > HHS > [ > http://www.hhs. gov/ > ] > > GovDelivery, > Inc. > sending > on > behalf > of > U.S. > Food > & > Drug > Administration > (FDA) > . > 5600 > Fishers > Lane > . > Rockville > MD > 20857 > . > 800-439-1420= ========= ===> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
