Yes, this is what the physical therapist did

to me for 3 years, 2-3 times a week. The good

thing, it worked. The reason I had the PT for

so long, as I kept having my chest wall detatched

to remove all the cysts, granulomas, and silicone

granulomas and lymph nodes that were getting

stuck down and infected due to the spill of

silicone gel that I had.

Dont be surprised if you feel really weird, dizzy,

and nausiated during and after it. It is the toxins

moving. Be sure and drink your usual amount of

water 6-8 glasses, then add an extra one everyday

during this, as it will help you move the toxins not just

through your system, but out of it as well, that is what

you want. It works well, and when you have reached your

goal, you will feel so much better, and the pain will be

under control.

Love DedeStart the year off right. Easy ways to stay in shape in the new year.
