Guest guest Posted February 24, 2010 Report Share Posted February 24, 2010 My son had uncontrollable facial tics this last week. He has been on Metadate CD 30mg since last July. His last dose was Saturday. A doctor prescribed him Risperdal on Monday. I gave him .3cc on Tues & he was asleep for 3 1/2 hours. We may try again next week at a lower dose. He is seven. Has anyone experienced tics with Metadate CD? He has had some tics today also. I hope this will go away. We want to help him be less hyper but don't want these side effects.
