How many mg are usually perscribed ?

Anyone take this dose of 400 mg ?

If so did you have any side effects?

Is this product more effective than Caprilic Acid ?

Hi Sandy,

I took this shortly after surgery for 2 weeks and had horrible side

effects!! It was so bad I couldn't get off the couch and had

incredible dizziness. It's the same as Sporanox. I was taking 200

mg twice a day. I personally wouldn't recommend it. What I've since

read is that prescription antifungals can cause resistance. (I am on

Nystatin though because it stays in the gut, zero side effects for me

and helped my bloating immensely).

Overall though,natural antifungals are just as, if not more effective

and have fewer side effects. Caprylic Acid was also helpful and

right now I'm using Grape Seed Extract...both which are much more

easier to tolerate than Sporanox and easier on the liver. Love, PH
