Guest guest
Thanks Lynn! You're right, it's scary. I hate the few occasions when I start thinking, what if I'm always going to be this way. But then I remind myself of the women on this forum who have suffered the same thing and no longer have those symptoms. I think our bodies are so different in how it detoxes. Like I experienced pain and flaring like you describe but it was my first symptom to leave. It'd be nice if there was a nice logical, consistent pattern to all this so we could all know how many more months we have to endure! Hope you're hanging in there. I saw your post that you haven't gone since Saturday! Have you tried Garden of Life Super Seed? I don't know if you can tolerate it but it seems gentle to me and I used to have constipation. Now, no more! Take care. Love, PH --- In , " iluvmy3pets " <spinkscl@...> wrote: > > I am so sorry you are having a rough time right now. The memory loss > and brain fog can be so scary. Guest guest
PH, I am very curious what Patty used too. And where did she get the hydergine ? I think she said that was a prescription !!!!! Do you use the hydergine all the time or while chelating ? What about the ALA while chelating or all the time ? Love In a message dated 3/16/2008 4:03:42 P.M. Guest guest
Hi , I don't know much about hydergine yet. I'm looking into it on the other forum and sent out a post to Patty last night. As far as the ALA, it IS a chelator...it binds the mercury in the brain and removes it from there. DMSA is used along with it to help carry it out of the body. Some people use ALA alone, but I've read for best results you want to use it with DMSA for quite some time...when we become well we can still take ALA on a daily basis but won't have to worry about taking it every 3 hours or nightly. Guest guest
PH, How do you feel that makes you take them accordingly ? Can I start the DMSA at 7:00 at night and count my days that way ! And I divide one pill into 8 doses that is my days worth for now Right ? Thanks Ph, I am trying but the brain fog is so awful In a message dated 3/25/2008 4:08:52 P.M. Did that for several months and then switched to Enzymatic Therapy Acidophilus Pearls and took them daily but it was very random how many I took...just went by what I felt I needed...usually 4-6 per day. Now I'm on a probiotic that my chiro gave me but am almost out so I'll probably start up the Primal Defense again. I use to take them on an empty stomach but have recently read that taking them with a piece of fruit helps them proliferate more quickly...don't know if it's true or not, but that's what I've been doing recently.
