Hmmm...that makes sense! I was a little stressed over a performance last

night (I was following a friend who has performed in operas all over) and

noticed my breathing accelerating before I went on. I sat and tried to

concentrate on breathing slowly so people wouldn't hear it in my voice. I

had looked in a mirror before I sang -- pale, and afterwards -- bright red.
