Guest guest
, Yes, you are doing it right. I don't know that you'll get anything different than Rogene and Patty have already mentioned to you. You're taking the right supplements, it just takes patience. On the autism forums where parents are dealing w/ fungal issues in their kids, the ones who have recovered took both antifungals and probiotics. They take them away from each other, because you don't want the antifungals harming the probiotics. Some parents rotate the antifungals, taking a different one each day. Some just stick with one antifungal as long as it seems to work. It's trial and error for each individual. For me, I take my GSE and biotin (yeast killers) in the morning, my kefir an hour or two later and probiotics right before bedtime. Guest guest
,Why are you taking so many antifungals for so long? . . . .At some point you really need to stop taking them and go with probiotics. . . That way your body will learn to take care of itself! It's like you're wearing the enemy out . . . but you're not sending in the good guys to rebuild the city. With a healthy diet (including probiotic foods) and a gradually decreasing amount of probiotic supplements, you should reach the point where you never need antifungals again. Hugs,Rogene respond to yeast problems ? I would like to hear from the girls that recovered from yeast or fungus problems on what they did and kept doing. I know Patty did not have much of a yeast problem. I like to hear from the ones that tried other things to recover. I know to use CA and OLeaf and Oregano and GSE but how do you go about using them with the kefir and probiotics ? I am checking to see if we are doing this right ? Formula ?
