Guest guest Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 , I've had that and it will either go away if you take drastic steps to deal with it immediately, but if your back is killing you and it is not letting up, you will have to go to the emergency room or urgent care and get an antibiotic for it. With my first one, I didn't know what was going on....never had a bladder infection before, but it was so bad I was nearly bawling by the time I got to the emergency room and after testing my urine they gave me an IV of a strong antibiotic that helped in minutes.
